The Post-Master's Fellowship at Lorenz Clinic is a two-year program designed to guide pre-licensed master's clinicians to independent licensure across LICSW, LMFT, and LPCC tracks. This role focuses on creating the optimal conditions for clinicians to excel and transition into independent practice, emphasizing deep formation beyond basic master's preparation. The Training Director is the central figure for the Fellowship cohort, responsible for its seminar, curricular coherence over two years, and the overall supervision operation, including assignment, matching, and quality assurance. The program also serves as a professional microcosm, teaching fellows to be engaged citizens within a clinical organization. This Fellowship is the second half of a longer developmental arc, often following a practicum year within the same clinic, creating a roughly three-year formation period from graduate school to independent licensure. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and the practicum program leadership to ensure a cohesive training experience.
