Training & Devt Specialist/On-Call Trainer
About The Position
A Training & Devt Specialist/On-call trainer conducts educational/training needs assessments within specified targeted adult populations; designs, develops, delivers and evaluates a range of responsive educational curricula and training programs within fields of expertise. Position requires: Implementation and facilitation of technical, operational and/or specialty training events and programs; Consultation and collaboration with individuals and departments on complex training issues; Assessment of training needs and objectives, and designing and developing responsive programs and initiatives; Design and development of comprehensive training plans, curriculum and aids. Requirements
- Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours
- At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Nice To Haves
- Standardized Patient experience
- At least three years or Tier 3 SP experience
- Ability to determine training objectives
