Under the general direction of the Director, Training, Development and Credentialing; the Training and Development Partner serves as a member of the training department to recommend, develop, and facilitate virtual and in-person training to support college strategic initiatives. Serves as an employee success liaison for new employees and leaders. Establishes a successful start for new employees at the college and is responsible for orientation, onboarding and training to help acclimate employees to the MATC culture and develop key competencies for success. This role also collaborates with the Division of Student Success and Community Engagement initiatives and training and provides administrative tracking and facilitation backup for the college's Leadership Academy. Work requires the use of independent judgment, working from broad institutional and divisional policies and general objectives.
