As a Sr. Partner Development Manager in the Global Partner Development Organization, you will serve as a strategic "General Manager" for holistic partner relationships, driving revenue growth and product adoption across Amazon's advertising portfolio. This role requires a strategic leader who can orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, develop multi-year partnership roadmaps, and influence partner leadership to unlock transformative business outcomes. You will manage large independent agencies leveraging your deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem (independent agencies, tech providers, AdTech platforms).
