This position will learn the foundational skills of training and development to assist with various instructional design and training admin tasks. The intern will convert existing training content into engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and InDesign. They will also build out and organize content within internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS), develop a structured LMS engagement calendar, design and produce product training videos, create/update/organize training support materials, and learn AI tools to streamline projects. The goal is to learn foundational training and development skills with a focus on instructional design and blended learning, convert content into e-learning modules, support LMS administration, produce and edit product training videos, and build an engagement calendar to drive learner participation.
