Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Training and Development Coordinator supports all training initiatives for the ministry. The goal of this role is to assist the training team with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of ministry training, including in-person training classes as well as eLearning within the learning management system. This position requires a highly organized, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively relate to individuals at all levels of the organization to ensure successful training outcomes. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference.
