About The Position

Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to join their team in Millington, TN. This role supports an Enterprise-level U.S. Navy Call Center responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing new hire, employee life-cycle, and refresher training. The specialist will be responsible for the professional development, scheduling, ongoing updating, improvement, and facilitation of regular informational and educational sessions of customer service staff via in-person and online training sessions/seminars. This role also leads the communication and reinforcement of required knowledge, behaviors, and service excellence through training, contact monitoring, and coaching/feedback, and identifies opportunities to improve training and performance.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of related training experience
• Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Associates Degree
• Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
• High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to effectively hold the attention of a group of 20+ individuals
• Skilled lecturer and a skilled facilitator with outstanding presentation skills
• Able to memorize materials and deliver training
• Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
