About The Position

Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to join their team in Millington, TN. This role supports an Enterprise-level U.S. Navy Call Center, focusing on developing, implementing, and overseeing training for new hires, employee life-cycle, and refresher courses. The specialist will be responsible for the professional development, scheduling, updating, improvement, and facilitation of customer service staff training through in-person and online sessions. This position is key in communicating and reinforcing required knowledge, behaviors, and service excellence through training, contact monitoring, and coaching. The role also involves identifying opportunities for training and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of related training experience
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
  • High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to effectively hold the attention of a group of 20+ individuals
  • Skilled lecturer and facilitator with outstanding presentation skills
  • Able to memorize materials and deliver training
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee new hire, employee life-cycle, and refresher training for customer service staff.
  • Facilitate regular informational and educational sessions via in-person and online methods (webinar, video-conference, etc.).
  • Lead the communication and reinforcement of required knowledge, behaviors, and service excellence through training, contact monitoring, and coaching/feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training and performance.
  • Schedule and update training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of 20+ individuals.
  • Develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport.
