About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Training Delivery Specialist – Sales Training (Contract) to support the localization, development, and delivery of training programs tailored for the Canadian market. This role plays a critical part in ensuring training content aligns with business goals, supports product growth, and meets the needs of internal stakeholders and dealership networks.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in training program delivery, curriculum development, or learning operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with bilingual environments (English/French) is considered an asset
  • Automotive industry or dealership network experience
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platform experience
  • Experience managing virtual and in-person training formats

Responsibilities

  • Leverage and localize U.S.-based curriculum and courseware for the Canadian market
  • Deliver and support training programs that promote company products and services
  • Manage the end-to-end development of training courses, from concept through launch
  • Program and deploy web-based, in-person, and virtual instructor-led (VILT/VCO) courses
  • Ensure course content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with market needs
  • Oversee and manage curriculum strategy, including recommendations on student requirements
  • Support certification programs by maintaining curriculum requirements across various levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with product and brand strategies
  • Act as liaison between internal teams, third-party vendors, translation partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables for course development and launches
  • Coordinate French translation requirements and tracking
  • Support cross-functional teams adapting content for their own programs
  • Develop executive-level presentations and detailed reports based on training data
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on training performance and metrics
  • Support the design and development of new reporting initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems
  • Respond to call centre escalations related to the Learning Centre and product information
  • Provide guidance and training to call centre teams to support performance
  • Manage financial processes, including internal disbursements and dealer billing requests
  • Prepare and distribute communications related to training initiatives and deadlines
  • Coordinate digital and physical communications to learners and stakeholders
  • Manage internal social media platforms, including content creation and administration
  • Develop and deliver training updates for senior management presentations
  • Create personalized communications to support training engagement and completion
