About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of learning programs for a global client in their NYC office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality learning experience.

Requirements

Experience in coordination, administration, or a related field
Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and global clients
Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindset
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and adapt to change
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

Scheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of training events
Monitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses
Generating and delivering training reports
Support customer questions related to training offerings
Identify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency
Ensure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, or other meetings
Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively
Demonstrate the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and effectively carry out tasks
Participate in meetings as required
Ad-hoc tasks as required
