Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing Experience
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual
Nice To Haves
- Technical certification or associate degree
- Previous technical training or coaching experience
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programs
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience in Industrial Painting, Assembly Processes, Welding or Fabrication
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training on the shopfloor as needed.
- Validate and assess employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing employees.
- Develop and maintain training material, SOP support, Work Instructions, and visual training aides.
- Support cross-training and employee certification initiatives.
- Champion and reinforce Safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance standards.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Maintain training documentation, qualification records, and skills matrices.
