This role is for a Bilingual Training Coordinator who is passionate about developing people and driving performance through training in a fast-paced operations environment. The coordinator will connect, communicate, and coach in two languages, making a real impact by supporting onboarding, continuous training, and performance development for hourly and salaried team members. The role partners closely with Operations, EHS, and Leadership to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and consistently across all shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, engaging, and comfortable facilitating training in both English and Spanish. Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 4 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to train, coach, and facilitate group sessions

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and delivers training for new hires, contingent workers, and existing employees
  • Ensures training aligns with company standards, safety requirements, and operational processes
  • Tracks training completion and supports skill development initiatives and retraining needs
  • Serves as a training resource for supervisors and team members while updating training materials as needed
  • Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in production areas.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes
  • Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
