As a Training Coordinator II, you’ll support the successful rollout and sustainment of IT systems by coordinating technical training initiatives that keep teams informed, prepared, and productive. You’ll partner closely with IT stakeholders, trainers, and project teams to manage training logistics, documentation, schedules, and communications—ensuring learners have the right access, tools, and resources at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of IT environments, enjoys working across systems and platforms, and takes pride in enabling smooth technology adoption through well-executed training operations. Job Summary: Provides team support as initial contact for information, guidance and clarification on training course registration; develops and maintains the master training schedules.
