The Training Coordinator, Community Corrections is responsible for the proper implementation and compliance with American Correctional Association (ACA) training standards, company policies and procedures, and regulatory contracts and standards. This role involves developing and maintaining employee training files, documenting all individual employee pre-service and in-service training in accordance with company policy and procedures and ACA standards. The coordinator will also plan, develop, direct, coordinate, schedule, conduct, and facilitate staff training to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, licensing, certifying, and accrediting agencies. Additionally, they will develop training lesson plans for each subject approved for staff training and update them as necessary, and maintain tracking files for employee training hours.
