About The Position

GRVTY is seeking a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to support the development and delivery of advanced technical training. The Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction of analysis on intelligence derived from a variety of sources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).
8 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).
If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area): 10 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years); and Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 “Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis” or SIGE Course 4810 “Advanced Radar Theory” or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.
TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph

Responsibilities

Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
Maintaining expertise in TechELINT.
Developing new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation.
Updating of TechELINT teaching and course material.
