About The Position

Team Bahen is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join their growing Training & Development Team. This role involves creating polished documents, presentations, videos, and learning materials to support employee success across multiple SERVPRO franchises. The Content Coordinator will work with the Training & Development Manager to transform ideas, policies, and procedures into engaging learning resources.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
One (1) year of experience in instructional design, marketing, communications, training, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience with presentation, video editing, or digital content creation software is a plus
SharePoint and Excel content creation experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Create and update training presentations, videos, job aids, guides, and learning resources
Build and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
Develop and update Company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain the Company's Knowledge Management System to ensure documentation remains current and accurate
Review and revise training content to reflect process improvements and policy updates
Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, user-friendly content
Support Training Department reporting, documentation, and special projects
Help maintain a professional, organized library of Company training resources
