Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining and governing Microsoft SharePoint portals, Microsoft Teams collaboration spaces, or similar knowledge management environments
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training content in presentation, video, or digital learning formats
  • 3+ years of experience drafting and distributing stakeholder communications such as newsletters, briefs, or awareness materials
  • 3+ years of experience planning and facilitating working groups, meetings, or stakeholder events
  • 3+ years of experience developing training plans or learning content for multiple stakeholder audiences
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience learning design or instructional design
  • 3+ years of experience with video editing, animation, or multimedia learning assets
  • 3+ years of experience event management or session coordination
  • 3+ years of experience translating stakeholder needs into training, communications, or creative briefs
  • 3+ years of experience supporting knowledge management or communications efforts in a public sector environment

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic and tactical consulting services to support supply chain risk management priorities and organization-level alignment
  • Authoring and managing annual updates to a supply chain risk management guidebook, including incorporation of frameworks such as International Organization for Standardization 31000 and National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-161
  • Facilitating enterprise-level working groups and coordinating stakeholder input across multiple organizations and program teams
  • Deploying and managing a comments resolution process to adjudicate enterprise-level feedback
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain risk management activities with enterprise standards
