The Instructor must be capable of training both new and incumbent employees in the safe, effective, and skillful application of manufacturing, fabrication, material handling, and workplace safety practices. The Instructor will develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training programs in, but not limited to, the following areas: Welding, Fitting and Fabrication Practices, Industrial Painting, Material Handling and Equipment Operation, CNC/Machine Operation, and Workplace Safety and Compliance. The Instructor is responsible for ensuring employees develop the knowledge, technical skills, quality standards, and safety awareness required to perform their jobs efficiently and safely while supporting workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
