The Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC) is recruiting for a Training and Development Supervisor who oversees the daily operations of the department’s training programs, including professional development, operational training, and other workforce development initiatives. The Training and Development Supervisor consults and collaborates with departmental leadership and internal stakeholders regarding training and development needs; manages training-related projects from planning through delivery; and identifies and evaluates training goals. Responsibilities also include monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements to curriculum, frequency, staffing, format, and other aspects of training programs and services to enhance effectiveness. The resulting eligible list may be used to fill current and future vacancies throughout the department.
