Prescient Edge is seeking a Training and Development Specialist III (Exercise Analysis Services) to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements
- 10 years’ experience
- Experience in exercise support and analysis
- Skilled in data interpretation and reporting tools.
- Security clearance required SECRET.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Graduate of an Instructional Systems Development (ISD), Systems Approach to Training (SAT), or similar course.
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessments of MARCENT exercises
- Supports data collection and analytical reporting
- Provides feedback for improving training effectiveness and meeting strategic objectives
