The Office of the State Employer is seeking an innovative individual to plan, develop, conduct and evaluate training that reaches leaders and labor relations professionals across all State agencies. This position serves as the HR Developer for the Training and Advocacy Division of the Office of the State Employer (OSE). On behalf of the Governor, the Office of the State Employer directs and develops statewide labor relations policy to foster fair and equitable treatment of all State of Michigan employees, negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements, provides guidance and training, and delivers programs that cultivate employee success. Due to the anticipated amount of time spent conducting training sessions and collaborating with the Training and Advocacy Division team, this position is a full-time in-office position.
