The Training Administrator will support a variety of LMS related tasks including overseeing administrative activities for a client in SuccessFactors. This includes creating items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula, making assignments, retiring items, processing item credit, supporting LMS clean up projects, supporting the client with questions about LMS, helping manage the group inbox, participating in process improvement initiatives, assisting with the development and maintenance of departmental job aids, attending and participating in team meetings, and providing reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training related efforts. This is a remote full-time position supporting a Fortune 500 global pharma client.
