About The Position

The Trainer Production 2 / Welding is responsible for developing and delivering training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to help team members develop, maintain, and increase their technical and/or process knowledge. The role provides orientation and training on new course materials, selects appropriate training aids, and prepares lesson plans relevant to the training material. The trainer may monitor training personnel records to ensure employees meet company and regulatory training requirements. The role also analyzes course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience; alternatively, an apprentice graduate or associate's degree in a relevant discipline and 1 year of related experience.
May require certification.
U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
