About The Position

The Trainer Production 2 / Welding is responsible for developing and delivering training materials on company products, processes, and technologies. The role helps team members develop, maintain, and increase their technical and process knowledge. Duties include orienting and training employees on new course materials, selecting appropriate training aids, preparing lesson plans, and potentially monitoring training records to verify that employees meet company and regulatory training requirements. The trainer analyzes course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience; alternatively, apprentice graduate or associate's degree in a relevant discipline and 1 year of related experience.
May require certification.
U.S. citizenship is required.
