Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (AAS preferred), with good math and reading skills.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations is a plus.
  • Provide leadership during often stressful production demands, demonstrates team work and cooperation.
  • Supports employee and team performance; motivates employees by setting a positive example.
  • Knowledge and working application of measurement equipment, Standard Operating procedures and of FDA cGMP; NSI/ISO/ASQC requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for remaining current, proficient and qualified on a minimum: Service/Manufacturing: 3 to 7 positions OR Flow Lines (Service/Manufacturing) OR Setup (Service) plus 1 position
  • Follows documented procedures and process and maintains rate to manufacture high quality products according to company Procedures.
  • Works collaboratively between the workgroups accepts new assignments and fills in easily to cover vacancies within a production/service line.
  • Accurately records all observations, data and reports any non-conformance.
  • Recognize out of compliance/out of tolerance situations and take appropriate action.
  • Supports Cell Leader in training or as needed.
  • Helps the Cell Leader in monitoring department employee performance and cross training.
  • Ensure process control and procedures are being followed.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of work area according to documented procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
