About The Position

This position manages new hire training, remedial training, and hands-on coaching for team members. It serves as a backup for supervisors and assists with operational needs when not training. The role collaborates with the HR department to document and conduct training, with the goal of preparing future supervisors for IIDC.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading and writing
  • Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
  • Effectively communicate across all management levels
  • Internal Applicants must not have any written warnings or higher within the last 3 months
  • Internal Applicants must not have any safety violations within the last 12 months
  • Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
