About The Position
The Trainer III is responsible for leading training, standardization, and quality enforcement across rack assembly and cabling operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring all associates are properly trained in pre-assembly, hardware identification, scanning processes, cabling standards, and quality verification procedures. The Trainer III supports production by driving consistency, reducing errors, and reinforcing best practices, while also assisting with MRB (Material Review Board) rework and continuous improvement efforts. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coach and hold team members accountable to production and quality expectations.
