The Trainer III role is responsible for leading training, standardization, and quality enforcement within rack assembly and cabling operations. This position acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring all associates receive proper training in pre-assembly, hardware identification, scanning processes, cabling standards, and quality verification. The Trainer III supports production by promoting consistency, reducing errors, and reinforcing best practices, while also assisting with Material Review Board (MRB) rework and continuous improvement initiatives. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coach and hold team members accountable to production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading training, standardization, and quality enforcement across rack assembly and cabling operations
