About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present information effectively to individuals and small groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong interpersonal skills and patience.
Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed for training schedules.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a related field preferred.
Prior experience in a training or teaching role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct entry-level training sessions for various operational and administrative roles.
Prepare and organize training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
Deliver training in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, accommodating diverse learning styles.
Assess trainee comprehension through quizzes, practical demonstrations, and direct observation.
Provide constructive feedback to trainees and report progress to management.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with senior trainers and subject matter experts to understand training needs and content.
Ensure all training activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Assist in updating and improving existing training materials under supervision.
Respond to basic trainee inquiries and provide initial support.
