About The Position

The Trainee is responsible for safely and efficiently assisting the Driller by performing manual labor tasks to support the drilling operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of six (6) months of verifiable physical labor experience within the past two (2) years of employment.
• This experience should include performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in environments that require stamina, strength, and adherence to safety protocols.
• The role requires the ability to consistently meet physical job demands, follow safety guidelines, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced or physically intensive work setting.
• Travel to field sites required

Responsibilities

• Assist drillers in making pipe connection
• Supervise mixing off all drilling fluids
• Maintain and track inventory
• Properly maintain all equipment used on the drilling location
• Operate heavy machinery
