About The Position
Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor at our Thunder Bay, ON location. This role is for a career-minded individual focused on growing their career in insurance. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing, covering licensing costs and providing a six-week training plan. The company emphasizes growth, community care, client service, and an inclusive culture. As a Trainee, you will develop your career by learning to promote and educate clients on insurance products, anticipate and interpret client needs, and complete insurance transactions. The role involves being at the frontline, answering questions, communicating product benefits, conducting interviews, capturing data, and turning client concerns into opportunities.
