As a Field Property Adjuster Trainee, you'll receive company-sponsored training, industry licensing support, and real-world field experience that will prepare you to investigate property losses, assess damage, prepare estimates, and manage insurance claims. 30-Day Paid In-Person Training Program – Charlotte, NC Capstone invests heavily in the success of its trainees. All new hires participate in a comprehensive 30-day training program designed to provide the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed as a Property Adjuster. Travel and accommodations are fully provided by Capstone. During training, you'll learn: Property damage assessment and investigation Residential and commercial construction fundamentals Insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis Xactimate estimating software Claim documentation and reporting Customer communication and claim management Industry regulations and best practices Field inspection techniques and safety procedures What You'll Do Following successful completion of training, you will: Conduct field investigations involving residential and commercial property claims. Inspect homes and commercial buildings to identify and document damage. Analyze claim information, policy provisions, and supporting documentation. Prepare repair and replacement estimates using Xactimate. Assist in determining coverage, damages, and claim exposure. Prepare professional reports and claim documentation for clients. Maintain communication with policyholders, contractors, consultants, and insurance carriers throughout the claim process. Participate in subrogation and causation investigations when applicable. Manage an assigned claim inventory while meeting service and quality standards. Travel throughout your assigned New Jersey territory to inspect losses and investigate claims. Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn industry software platforms.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves
