About The Position
Green Lea Senior Living has a part-time PM opening for a Trained Medication Aide in Mabel, MN. This role pays $23.60/hour and offers a consistent schedule every other weekend, Friday through Sunday, on the PM shift. The team culture is built on positivity, connection, and working well together, with managers who invest in their staff and lead with support.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Completed TMA course, with skills passed
- A compassionate, reliable person with solid interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, though not required
Responsibilities
- Give residents their medications accurately and on time
- Watch for changes in residents' health and report them quickly to the care team
- Form relationships with residents that improve their day-to-day quality of life
- Stay in close, effective communication with the rest of the care team
