About The Position
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for TMA roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application. We accept applications on an ongoing basis to maintain an active candidate pipeline. Requirements
- An active CNA certification
- TMA/CMA course completion with skills passed
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive their medications accurately and on time, which is vital for their health and well-being.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship, which can significantly enhance their quality of life.
- Observe any changes in residents' health and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
