Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current active status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- TMA - Requires a certificate from a 48 hour course taken in the state of MN
- Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
Responsibilities
- Support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities.
- Provide care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Trained Medication Aide (TMA).
- Complete charting in electronic medical records systems.
- Prioritize weekends and short notice shifts.
