About The Position
Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville, PA area. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and delivering reliable repairs in the field. Requirements
- 1+ year of trailer maintenance or repair experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
Nice To Haves
- CDL preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers
- Diagnosing mechanical and structural issues efficiently
- Using digital systems and software to document work orders and repairs
- Following safety guidelines and industry compliance standards
- Communicating clearly with team members and leadership to ensure job completion
