About The Position

M&K Truck Centers is expanding its trailer sales team and is seeking a driven Trailer Sales Representative. The company is one of the nation's largest Mack and Volvo dealer groups and offers a full lineup of East, Vanguard, Wabash, and Fruehauf trailers. The role involves developing new business, growing existing accounts, and providing exceptional service across their trailer portfolio, catering to customers needing vocational trailers, flatbeds, dry vans, or refrigerated units with comprehensive hauling solutions and expert support.

Requirements

Knowledge of the trucking industry, commercial trailers, or heavy equipment.
Extraordinary customer service skills with the ability to build strong, long‑term relationships.
A self‑motivated, highly driven professional who thrives in a team environment and is eager to grow sales.
Strong competitive spirit with a self‑driven approach to achieving and exceeding goals.
Familiarity with Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, time‑management, and analytical skills

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Responsibilities

Develop new clients for both new and used trailers while maintaining and servicing assigned accounts within a designated territory.
Identify and understand customers’ specific hauling needs and deliver solutions that uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell a wide range of semi‑trailers and commercial cargo trailers, including vocational, flatbed, dry van, and refrigerated models.
Prepare and present professional sales proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process all paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance goals.
