Requirements

Valid Class 7 Inspection License (required)
Must own your own tools
Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with solid trailer repair experience
Familiarity with electronic diagnostics and repair procedures

Nice To Haves

CDL License (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on medium- to heavy-duty trucks and trailers to meet DOT and company standards.
Diagnose and repair issues related to: Air and hydraulic brakes, Tires, Suspension and steering systems, Electrical systems, Drivelines, Mobile A/C and refrigeration, Trailer doors, floors, and side panels, Engine overhauls and rebuilds.
Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of all repairs using internal systems.
Work collaboratively with safety, operations, and driving staff to reduce vehicle downtime and ensure compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform occasional service calls and work overtime as needed.
