Requirements

2+ years of traffic, rating, or quoting experience.
Knowledge of bill entry and rating processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities

Supervises rate, publication, and weight and research scan clerk teams to ensure efficient workflow and daily resource allocation.
Acts as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries, addressing disputes and questions promptly.
Oversees the hiring, training, and evaluation of department employees.
Maintains department schedules and time-off requests to maintain consistent coverage.
Prepares and distributes accurate department reports, providing key insights to relevant stakeholders.
Partners with auditors to review and improve revenue management controls.
