About The Position

Traffic Operations Center at Newfield, NJ is looking for a Copy Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry-level position in the exciting world of broadcasting! The Copy Coordinator has a direct influence on all on-air elements. The Copy Coordinator has daily interaction with various Sales, Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering Departments across the country. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment
• Accurately decipher and implement written instructions
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Capable of problem solving and seeking solutions to challenging issues
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must be able to work during natural disasters or inclement weather
• Must be able to work remote as needed with reliable internet access including download speeds of at least 50 Mpbs and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Applying multiple copy instructions each day
• Completing daily responsibilities within assigned deadlines
• Coordinating and working with sales teams and other teams throughout the organization
• Cross-training within the team
• Providing third-level backup when the team is short staffed
• Assisting training co-workers in property-specific responsibilities
• Working evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Other duties as assigned
