About The Position
ATS Traffic is hiring Seasonal Flaggers/Traffic Controllers for the 2026 season in Lake Louise. This role involves directing traffic and ensuring safety on the roads by signaling vehicles to slow down, stop, and proceed. The position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in the scenic environment of Lake Louise during the summer. The contract runs from May 15 to October 26, 2026, and full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Requirements
- Own method of transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (zero tolerance policy for use of medical and/or recreational marijuana due to safety sensitive role)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industries
Responsibilities
- Direct traffic
- Ensure safety on the roads
- Signal to vehicles when to slow down, stop, and when it is safe to proceed
