Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and active individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic outdoors for the duration of the shift.
• Clear communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in traffic control or a related field
• Strong communication skills to effectively direct pedestrians and vehicles
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges
• Familiarity with traffic control equipment and signage
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively with event staff and law enforcement agencies

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in event management or public safety is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and event attendees with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic to keep incoming and outgoing cars moving safely and smoothly.
• Assist with clear directional guidance to parking areas and main event entry points.
• Partner with the event team to ensure a seamless arrival experience for everyone!
