About The Position
At Laredo, BSL Inc., we are looking for a Traffic Executive with experience in foreign trade operations and logistics coordination, focused on imports into Mexico and customer service. We are seeking an organized, proactive candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate border crossings, transfers, and documentation efficiently.
Requirements
- English language skills (any level is welcome; operational communication skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of processes related to imports into Mexico
- Familiarity with platforms and/or concepts such as: COVE, DODA, PITA, E-Documents / electronic documents
- Ability to read and interpret Mexican customs entries (pedimentos)
- Experience coordinating border crossings and transfers
- Strong customer communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and email
- Knowledge of Shippers / AES (Automated Export System)
- General knowledge of: Tariff classifications (HTS / fracciones arancelarias), Regulations, Applicable standards
