The primary purpose of the Traffic Clerk is to support and meet the daily requirements as an experienced worker in warehouse operations with emphasis on tracking, coordinating, and scheduling the deliveries of inbound and outbound materials. This role involves administrative support, data entry, scheduling appointments, preparing and analyzing reports, and monitoring deliveries. The Traffic Clerk will also prepare, review, and analyze receiving/billing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and complete necessary paperwork for shipping/receiving processes. Communication with the DC management team regarding routing challenges and scheduling inbound and outbound shipments are key responsibilities. The role also includes participating in daily cleanups, auditing orders for accuracy, and auditing/maintaining staging lanes.
