About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Clerk to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, routing orders, preparing shipping documentation, and communicating with carriers and internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and an understanding of Amazon routing and shipping requirements. Experience working with Costco and Walmart shipping portals, routing processes, or vendor requirements is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Traffic Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Logistics Clerk, Routing Clerk, or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
  • Hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience required.
  • Experience creating and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Knowledge of freight routing, carrier coordination, and shipping documentation.
  • Strong email communication and computer/data-entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Route and coordinate outbound shipments according to customer and retailer requirements.
  • Utilize Amazon Vendor Central to manage routing, shipping, and order-related activities.
  • Create, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments regarding shipment status and requirements.
  • Send shipping confirmations, routing information, and other required documentation via email.
  • Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.
  • Verify shipment details, including quantities, destinations, carrier information, and required documentation.
  • Ensure shipments comply with retailer-specific routing guides and shipping requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and traffic records.
  • Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, delays, routing issues, and documentation errors.
  • Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are staged and ready for scheduled pickups.
