About The Position

Working as Part-time Traffic Administration, you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Transportation department. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 1225 Mid Valley Dr, Jessup, PA 18434. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Nice To Haves

Possess or are currently in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License

Managing budgets and performance metrics
Complying with safety regulations
Assisting with scheduling drivers and securing loads

Operate a Fastenal vehicle and run truck routes, Non-CDL and/or CDL, as needed
