About The Position

Northside Hospital is seeking a Traditional BC/BE OBGYN physician to join our growing team in the Northwest Georgia Mountains. Northside Hospital System is the undisputed leader in maternity services, delivering more babies a year than any other community hospital in the country. In addition to having an expert staff and state-of-the-art maternity facilities, Northside provides mothers a full spectrum of care, from conception to birth and beyond. Northside Cherokee Hospital is a newly built, 332-bed, full-service community hospital committed to advancing health care in Cherokee County. It has 1,400 physicians and more than 3,800 employees, a robust OR with 5 Da Vinci Robots, and recently expanded its women's center with 15 NICU rooms and 18 postpartum and delivery rooms. This position offers a mix of Gyn & OB within a large call group, fostering rewarding patient relationships and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BC or BE in OB/GYN
• Active GA medical license or the ability to obtain a GA medical license

Responsibilities

• Provide Traditional OBGYN care.
• Join a group of 7 physicians, 2 Midwives, and 4 APPs.
• Participate in a large call group.
• Build rewarding patient relationships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
