About The Position
Haffner’s/Tradewinds is seeking a convenience store associate to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. The role is suited to an honest, reliable, and personable candidate and may be a full-time career or part-time job. The minimum pay opportunity is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The position is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus. The associate follows company policies and applicable federal and state laws, maintains store cleanliness and stock levels, completes management-assigned duties, helps maintain safe conditions during inclement weather or emergencies, and reports equipment or facility hazards and repair needs. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and tuition reimbursement benefits.

Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Complete duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Report equipment or facility conditions that need repair or create a hazard to management.
