DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position supports maintenance operations by performing repairs, general labor, and routine care for equipment and facilities. As a Tradesman Helper, you will perform the following duties: Repair Support: Perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment cleaning tasks Garage Assistance: Service vehicles and equipment, travel for parts, and assist mechanics at various sites Construction Help: Support bridge crew tasks including form building, concrete work, and rebar tying Facility Maintenance: Assist with building repairs, plumbing tasks, roofing, siding, and general labor Tool Operation: Use diagnostic tools and motorized hand equipment to identify and repair problems Grounds Upkeep: Complete yard care, snow removal, cleaning tasks, and general building maintenance Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
