Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
• Proven experience in commercial construction (carpentry, drywall, and/or metal framing).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Strong attention to detail, especially for punchlist and finish-level work.

Responsibilities

• Hanging, taping, and finishing drywall to a clean, professional standard.
• Layout and installation of metal stud framing systems.
• Installation and adjustment of commercial doors, frames, and hardware (hinges, closers, locksets, panic hardware).
• Installation of grab bars, partitions, dispensers, mirrors, and other commercial restroom fixtures.
• Identifying and resolving deficiencies to meet project specifications (punchlist work).
• Reading and working from commercial construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across job sites.
